To make the process as seamless as possible and give each piece the attention it deserves, we kindly ask that you book an appointment for your drop-off.

Our consignment process is truly painless, no back-and-forth, no complicated steps. Just one simple appointment where we review everything together, answer any questions on the spot, and take care of the rest. This ensures a smooth, personalized experience from start to finish.

After your first drop-off, you’ll be able to log in to your account through our website, create a password, and easily track your inventory and sales at any time.

Payouts can be requested on the 20th of each month and cheques will be available for pickup on the 30th. If a cheque isn’t picked up by the 30th, it will be held until the 30th of the following month.
